Selective Pallet Racking System is one of the most widely used systems for storing palletized unit loads. Within the rack, each pallet is individually accessible. Pallet Racking arranged in a wide aisle pattern requires no specialized handling equipment. When arranged this way, it provides high-quality storage but may only utilize 40% of the floor space.

Selective Pallet Racking provides direct access to every pallet in storage. For low turnover volume and high differentiation product lines, this type of racking is a must. However, fast throughput and ease of loading and unloading make this type of storage extremely popular.

Drive-in Pallet Racking provides maximum storage capacity using the minimum amount of space. It is particularly suited to store a very large quantity of the same product. Loading and unloading are undertaken by means of counterbalance truck or reach-trucks that drives down each lane into the racks.

Increases warehouse capacity by up to 30% compared to “single-deep” warehouse operations.

This type of racking therefore requires specialised pallet handling equipment using ether a specialised forklift or a standard unit a with double deep handling attachment.

This system does provide excellent method of increasing warehouse capacity when either fast movement of pallets is not critical, or alternative system such as Drive-in which require high numbers of homogenous pallet types are not possible.

It allow to access with assisting staircases and loading gates, the exposed areas of the platform are installed with safety handrails. Shelf levels can either be decked with plywood or steel. It allow you to store goods between 200kgs to 600kgs per square feet.

Rack Supported Platform takes maximum advantage of the height of premises, doubling or tripling the surface area and enabling it to be fitted out as a storage area, changing room, or offices.

The system is particularly beneficial when there is sufficient room height. Accessible by staircases and loading gates, the exposed areas of the platform are installed with safety handrails.

Specifically designed to store long loads such as beams, profiles, pipes and timber.

The system consists of columns with a vertical beam and one or two horizontal beams at the base to provide stability. A series of arms are attached on which the load is placed.Moreover, its design allows the loads to be fitted on one side of the structure only, or on both sides.

Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) racking systems make full use of roof height too, to increase storage capacity. VNA pallet racks are placed much closer compared to other racking systems, fully utilising both area space and height.

This system is designed to provide high-density storage with total selectivity. VNA pallets can be accessed with special VNA trucks guided by rails or wire induction system built into the floor.
